We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Odoo Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Odoo development, coupled with leadership skills to guide and mentor our development team. As the Odoo Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our Odoo projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.  

Skills requirement:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience with Odoo & 4+ years as a lead developer role
• Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with Odoo framework.
• Proficiency in Frontend Technologies, preferably Javascript(OWL)
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), code review tools, and agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
• Should have a strong background in developing and customizing applications using Odoo .
• Experience with integration of Odoo with other systems (e.g., eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, accounting software).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Odoo developers
• Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
• Architect and design technical solutions based on business requirements
• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and features.
• Ensure the quality and performance of the Odoo applications
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs
• Knowledge of business processes in areas such as accounting, inventory, sales, and manufacturing
• Participate in the planning and execution of Odoo projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to non-technical team members.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and features
• Identify and implement best practices for Odoo development and deployment
• Propose improvements to the existing systems to enhance efficiency and user experience
